- Has to be a photo that you have taken
- Use Photoshop to cut up your image
- Use a copy machine to make one or several copies of your object, then put it back together in an interesting way
- Does not need to be a person
- Consider composition
- Choice of medium
Movement Project
- Develop an object or person in motion
- Create eye flow and movement while using appropriate techniques
- Any medium or work specifically with chalk pastel to blend values

Draw From Outside Life
- Look for interesting items or locations outside of the building such as pinecones, helicopters, flowers, fruit
- If drawing parts of a building, look for interesting perspectives (above, below) or unique shapes or values
- Can use any medium you prefer
- Try drawing small items on a large sheet of paper or large items on a small sheet of paper
- Develop interesting and unique compositions
